Join members of Associated General Contractors of Virginia for a Live Canstruction Competition. Teams will design and build sculptures LIVE, made entirely from cans/boxes of food. After the competition, all the food will be donated to THRIVE Peninsula.

How to Participate:

1. Build a Team: Gather 4–5 people — coworkers, friends, or family.

2. Design Your Structure: Create a blueprint for your construction design.

3. Secure Sponsorship: Ask your company to sponsor your team to purchase canned goods.

4. Purchase Materials: Gather the canned goods you’ll need to bring your design to life.

5. Build It LIVE: Join us at the Canstruction Competition and showcase your creativity!

If you are participating on a building team, there is no charge for entry. Register your team with us or contact Rachel directly rachel@agcva.org to sign up a build team.
