Event Details

AGC of America's new Leadership for Project Executives (LPEC) program is designed for project leaders preparing for greater organizational responsibility.  Across two dynamic days, participants will deepen their understanding of leadership behaviors, communication styles, and team motivation; master ethical and structured decision‑making; and apply frameworks that strengthen both project execution and organizational performance.  Through hands‑on exercises, case studies, and facilitated exploration, participants will learn to:

  • Lead and influence diverse teams using proven tools such as Everything DiSC and Situational Leadership.
  • Navigate complex ethical challenges with confidence and apply structured decision‑making models to real‑world scenarios.
  • Improve project productivity by identifying workflow constraints, enhancing coordination, and applying Lean‑based practices.
  • Strengthen financial management through earned value analysis, cash flow forecasting, and performance measurement.
  • Negotiate fair, balanced contracts that protect their organizations while building strong industry relationships.
  • Elevate business development efforts by building enduring client relationships and differentiating their firm based on service and value.
