Contractor members are any corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship, limited liability company or partnership, association, or other entity that receives at least 50% of its revenue from construction work as a contractor registered with the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, Virginia Board for Contractors.

Service/Supplier members are any business entity that is actively engaged in a business related to or affiliated with the construction industry. This includes manufacturing; dealing in construction machinery, equipment, materials, or supplies; in the business of insurance or bonding; or in the legal or financial representation of contractors, or other construction-related businesses.

Owner/Developer members are individuals or businesses that own and/or develop commercial or public property, whether for sale, lease, rent or personal use and does not hold a contractor’s license.

Education members are any educational institutions in Virginia with an interest in maintaining a strong connection with the commercial construction industry. This includes local schools, career & technical education centers, community colleges, universities, and other educational organizations.
