Communicate to Connect: Practical Skills for Effective Conversations
A 1.5-Day, Hands-On Workshop for Construction Professionals
Strong communication can make the difference between a project that moves forward smoothly and one that becomes stalled by confusion, conflict, or missed expectations.
Communicate to Connect is an interactive 1.5-day workshop designed to help construction professionals communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. Participants will practice real-world communication skills through small-group exercises, role-playing, peer feedback, and facilitator coaching.
The workshop focuses on the conversations construction professionals encounter every day—from delivering project updates and explaining change orders to navigating difficult conversations, building relationships, networking, and responding confidently under pressure.
