AGCVA’s Foundation for the Future is a yearlong initiative to shape a bold, industry-driven vision for Virginia’s construction future. The final framework will outline the policies and conditions needed to support a strong construction industry and will be delivered to the next governor and General Assembly in December 2025. Each listening session includes:

  • A first look at AGCVA’s Foundation for the Future framework. Insights on workforce development, right-to-work, and economic competitiveness.
  • A moderated conversation with local legislators and construction leaders.
  • An opportunity to share feedback that will shape the final plan presented to Virginia’s next governor in 2026.
