This year’s event proudly celebrates our Virginia BEST members with a special recognition ceremony honoring their commitment to building and maintaining exceptional safety cultures across the Commonwealth.
Attendees will engage in a dynamic agenda featuring timely safety content, an interactive safety roundtable designed to spark real-world solutions, and tabletop safety exhibits showcasing tools, innovations, and best practices you can take back to your jobsites immediately.
In addition, AGCVA will host its Summer Board of Directors Meeting, continuing the important work of advancing the industry and supporting our members.

Guestrooms
A limited number of guest rooms are available at the discounted group rate of $499 per night.
Reservations
Guest Rooms can be reserved by calling 1-800-THE-OMNI and reference AGCVA Summer Conference. A one-night deposit is required at the time of your reservation and any reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of one-night room +tax. Reservations cut-off date is Friday, June 26, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
All guest room rates are exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, and fees. Room upgrades are available at an additional upgrade fee based on room type. Room rate does not include a meal plan or resort service charge ($49.00 per room, per night). The resort service charge includes high speed wireless internet access, afternoon social hour, shuttle service to all resort recreational activities and downtown Hot Springs, fitness center, indoor pool, allegheny springs pool complex, daily history tour, lawn games, golf balls at the driving range, tennis courts, hiking and biking trails, and nightly movies. Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Please join us Friday evening for the Virginia BEST Celebration Banquet. We strongly encourage you to make dinner reservations in advance for Saturday evening’s dinner. You can make dining reservations online through Open Table at https://www.omnihotels.com/hotels/homestead-virginia/dining. For large groups of 9 or more, please call the Concierge at (540) 839-1766.

Generational Golf
Step onto the course for a one-of-a-kind experience that brings generations together. The Generational Golf Tournament is designed to celebrate the connections that shape both our lives and our industry—pairing parents, children, and family members for a relaxed and memorable day on the course.
Open to any generational duo—father/son, father/daughter, mother/son, mother/daughter, or other meaningful pairings—this event is all about camaraderie, friendly competition, and creating lasting memories.
The tournament will feature a casual 9-hole format with staggered tee times over the course of an hour, allowing teams to enjoy the round at a comfortable pace while still wrapping up in time for the evening reception. With a limited number of team spots available, the experience will feel intimate, intentional, and focused on connection.
Whether you’re introducing the next generation to the game or enjoying time with someone who helped shape your path, Generational Golf offers a unique opportunity to strengthen relationships on and off the course.

AGCVA Poolside Cabana
